1. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all services provided by DCM Mobil AG, including vehicle sourcing, import/export, project support, and consulting within Switzerland and Europe.
 

2. Services & Offers
All services are subject to individual agreements or written offers. DCM Mobil AG reserves the right to adjust offers, pricing, or timelines based on project complexity or third-party factors.
 

3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in CHF (or EUR where applicable) and exclude taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be agreed individually. Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe.
 

4. Liability
We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third parties, customs authorities, or force majeure. Liability is limited to direct damages resulting from gross negligence.
 

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Project cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are possible only in accordance with the specific service agreement.
 

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We handle client information confidentially and in accordance with Swiss data protection law. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
 

7. Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland.
 

8. Final Clause
If any provision is or becomes invalid, the rest of the Terms remain effective.
